I love to try dark complexions of our Indian skin. It is generally pretty difficult to bring life in any living subject that is very dark in color like a beetroot or leaf. At least I find it quite difficult to the achieve the color and reflection in it. This is one such attempt where I did a broad coloring differentiating between presence of light and abcence of light and then I developed the tones around my scheme. I am pretty happy with the result. So this is how the painting looks in broad day light. Thank you for your time
