This is Priyanka, one of my followers on Facebook. She contacted me and she showed interest in my paintings. She said she liked my style and we talked, arranged for her to pose for me. That is how it all started and so I love this painting, because it was highly accepted by my fans on all the platforms for its depth and reality.
The striking feature of this painting is that, I mean look at her. She posed for me for about 4 days and during the posing she was lost. To keep smiling for hours is not possible and she got into her own zone which made me curious. I kept talking with her and she started opening up with me. She shared with me about the love that did not end in marriage, the wound was fresh and that is what she was worried about. She was swinging between a gentle smile and a shattered mood. I wanted to settle for the moody mood as the same distraught mood was sort of transferring to me. I hope when you look at the painting and start observing it, it may transfer to you too. That is the magical capacity of a real painting.
