This is a beautiful scene of a small girl standing in the balcony waiting for her bus. India is still a developing country. Education has not reached all throughout India, in most cases, parents still don’t understand the need and importance of education. Especially when it comes to education for daughters, they still don’t understand that it would empower the daughters immensely in the future. The dropout is much beyond imagination, and these daughters that dropout continue with their household chores after they are forced to discontinue.
Technically I was completely blown away when I saw the way in which she was standing, and how the light was falling on her and through the glass doors. The whole scene looked like an amazing painting that I had the inert urge to try it and it came out pretty well. I love it. I would say it is one of my best works. So this is how the painting looks in broad day light. Thank you for your time.
