She is a beautiful Indian girl, dressed in a creamy white chudidhar, sitting on the rock and having a chat with her friends. I only tried to capture the moment of unconscious happiness that she exhibited in that moment. As an artist, it is a treat for me to work out such scenes with a perfect background. Light never fails to amuse me. It is a morning light which passes through her and that is why there is light even on her face while the source of light is in the back of her. It is one of my best works which gave me a lot of recognition. It is complete work with a dulled background and white chudidhar girl protruding out of the canvas.
